Precautions
1. This oil-water multi-function self-priming pump is not explosion-proof. It is strictly forbidden to extract flammable liquids such as gasoline and alcohol, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk. Do not empty the cavity for more than 1 minute without liquid.
2. Self-priming pumps are often used for oil and water, and should not be used for oil extraction and refueling with low ignition point gasoline and high viscosity oil and liquid. and highly corrosive liquids.
3. Before use, confirm whether the power supply is consistent with the voltage of the oil pump, and the voltage is allowed to be ±20%.
4. The power supply of the DC oil pump is divided into (+) and (-) poles. The red line is the positive pole and the black line is the negative pole. Otherwise, the oil pump is reversed and the rotor cannot be pumped out.
5. The oil inlet and outlet pumps are shown by the arrows, and the oil inlet pipes and joints must not leak air. To ensure suction and prevent liquid leakage.
6. Remember to install the matching filter screen on the oil inlet pipe to prevent the hard impurities from being sucked into the pump cavity and damage the impeller of the pump core. Remove the dirt on the surface of the filter in time. The surface of the filter should not be wrapped in silk stockings to filter too finely. Otherwise, the filter will be blocked and the flow will be reduced and the pump will be damaged.
7. The oil pump can work continuously for less than 45 minutes. An overheat protection switch is installed in the pump. If the temperature is too high, it will automatically stop pumping.
Please inject liquid into the cavity for the first time!
The machine is equipped with a temperature controller, which will automatically stop when the temperature exceeds the approved temperature, and restart after cooling down.
